Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows: Flat Rate Per Order $15.00 ( Free Post for orders over $150.00 ) Australia only

All orders are shipped within 10 - 15 working days. If you have not received an order within 15 days, please notify us by email at: sales@samariasmanchester.com.au

Change of Mind: 
Yes, you are welcome to return your item if you are not happy with it. 
Please notify us and return within 7 days of purchase. Once we receive it a refund will be organized. 
In the event that postage was free with the original purchase then the actual cost of the postage will be deducted from your total.
 
Please return the item in its original condition, or you may not qualify for a refund. 
 
If it requires repackaging a fee of $10.00 per item will be deducted from your refund.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Samaria’s Manchester . If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
