Exchange/Returning Merchandise:
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Samaria’s Manchester . If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.In the circumstance where an item is defective upon arrival, i.e. the product is faulty we will replace the item and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account. However, the return shipping fee is covered by the customer. In the event that postage was free with the original purchase then the actual cost of the postage will be deducted from your total. Please return the item in its original condition, or you may not qualify for a refund. If it requires repackaging a fee of $10.00 per item will be deducted from your refund. Please note: that any defects should be reported within 5 days after arrival of your merchandise. • When selecting Quilts, under blankets, mattress protectors, mattress toppers or Pillows, please choose carefully as there is not exchange on these items due to health regulations.
